This is a map of downtown Ottawa. The topography are completely accurate with each layers representing 10 metres of elevation. Having walked, biked, skated, skiied, skateboarded and driven over much of the area, I can personally attest to many of the hills and valleys shown on this map.
Layers of 1/8″ Baltic birch wood are laser-engraved and cut before being stained and joined. The ready-to-hang maps are encased in glass and a custom-made frame.
